I done my own personal 2-year Case Study with Maplehurst Bakeries (Plush Pippen Pie Plant) part of the Weston Food Group. They have the same typical problems as we see in the majority of food processing plants... Mold or Peeling Paint or Bacterial like as... Listeria, Salmonella and E-Coli. During the warm months, starting around June through September they start having a Mold problem. Phase #1 - We installed the Bioni system to a 800 square foot of wall section and we waited 2 years. In the 2-year period there was no Mold, Bacterial and Peeling problem. Phase #2 -Then we completed 7,000 square feet of walls and ceilings.

This extra heavy-duty, highly chemically-resistant, two-component, 100%-solids, zero-VaG, low-odor kevlar/epoxy. Primarily design for aggressive vehicular and pedestrian traffic in highly slippery environments. Allows safer operations of foot and rolling equipment operations. This material was originally developed for application on flight decks of Aircraft Carriers to provide the greatest possible resistance to wear and tenaciously adhere to decks during aircraft landings. This material is fire retardant in the cured state and is resistant to acids, alkaline, solvents, grease, oil, saltwater, detergents, alcohol, gasoline, jet fuels, and other hydraulic fluids. But its zero-VaG formula makes it perfect for indoor use in the food processing industry. Available in gray, black, tile red and safety yellow.
